I started working for myself under my new company name as One Call Electrical Services in November 2007 during which the economic crisis was hitting, so it was a bit of a gamble, but I knew that hard work and dedication would overcome what was happening in the global market.

I knew that no matter what was going on in the world people will always require good electricians, I feel that simple factors go in to making the business work as successfully as it did then and now 10 years on

I believe in all of the above and we work strongly every day to ensure we keep very high standards in what we do.

Although we are growing with up to 5 very good electricians working for me, I still believe in being small, friendly and most importantly personal. I get to know all of my customers and know what work we have done with them in the past, so when they call they are not asking for the manager or someone to “have a look” they are asking for myself or colleagues by name.

Advertisement now is down to a very bare minimum now as we have the best advertisement procedure in place “Word of Mouth”, our company website and Facebook page is shared many times a week by old and current customers.

One area we do still look at advertisement in is our unbeatable 24 hour Emergency Service, we will get out of bed at any time to get your electricity back working, as we know without electricity is without heating, lighting, and your fridge/Freezer, but most important of all is the loss of WIFI.

I am very fortunate to have a great team behind me and with all the work coming in I would not have been able to keep as many customers as happy as we do, so I would like to thank them all
